Founded in 1992 by Gregor Clausen, CP-Pro is now the leading provider of scaffolding software. Our company has grown steadily, and today we have around 35 employees at sites in Dormagen and Zwickau in Germany, and in Blumenau, Brazil.

This success is made possible by a motivated, highly professional team, and company leadership that gets the best out of each member through individual support and honest appreciation. Most of our employees (approx. 20) are at our central location in Dormagen near Cologne/Düsseldorf. Here, everyone in their position and area of expertise does everything they can to offer the best possible software and support.

Management:

Gregor Clausen, CEO

Without our CEO and founder, there would be no CP-Pro today. In over two decades, he has turned CP-Pro into a successful software company and, with CP-Pro Office, developed the market-leading scaffolding software. He knows “this success is only possible with a great team, where everybody can contribute and is promoted according to their interests and abilities.”

Wolfgang Malgadey, co-shareholder

Under his leadership, CP-Pro software development saw lots of positive change, and the team was set up for agility and high performance. Today Wolfgang Malgadey leads software development at CP-Pro Software GmbH & Co. KG and is lead developer in many different projects. “I very much enjoy working with our motivated colleagues on our exciting innovations.”

Management & Administration:

Gabriele Michna and Daniela Rausch keep things running smoothly in the background. As the director of the Business Administration department, Gabriele keeps an eye on the numbers, while Daniela takes care of HR and Marketing as management assistant. They are supported by the four-woman administration team of Monika Vogel, Luminita Samoila-Popa, Meike Illien and trainee Kristina Maier.

Sales:

Always on the road or available for a demo by telephone, our sales reps Frank Jöllenbeck and Mario Lehmann from our cooperation partner ITSM give interested parties a look at how CP-Pro Office can make their working day easier and improve processes. In a consultation, they determine together with you the solution that best suits your needs.

Service & Support:

The team led by Bernhard Morbach is distinguished by special customer closeness. Bernhard Morbach, Monica Malgadey, Bianca Loers, Haifa Hamad, Kevin Rochholz and Lars Rominski always have an open ear for questions around our CP-Pro Office software, and provide fast, expert help. Whether for application questions, process optimizations, or technical issues, they provide effective support by phone and remote maintenance. Further assistance is offered by our training sessions and webinars organized by Monica Malgadey.

Product Management and Quality Assurance:

As part of the continuing development and quality assurance of our CP-Pro Office software, Ralf T. Kerp’s team is responsible for release planning and qualified finishing. They incorporate customer suggestions so we can always offer the best possible software. CP-Pro Office started as a planning program for the scaffolding business; now it also covers the entire business administration dimension of a scaffolding company.
